Ph3Role Overview /h3pThe Head of Regulatory Reporting in Finance will lead the end‑to‑end regulatory reporting for Swift, ensuring compliance with the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) obligations while supporting capital, liquidity, recovery planning, and orderly wind‑down initiatives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliEstablish, own and coordinate end‑to‑end regulatory reporting within Finance, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely submission to the NBB. /liliOversee and deliver key finance‑related regulatory compliance requirements, including capital and liquidity assessment, financial recovery planning, orderly wind‑down planning, and capital call plans. /liliEnsure regulatory deliverables are aligned with internal financial governance, risk frameworks and regulatory expectations. /liliAct as the primary finance point of contact for ongoing engagement with the NBB. /liliLead the preparation and presentation of regulatory materials, including explanations of internal processes and frameworks. /liliMaintain and enhance regulatory reporting frameworks, methodologies, and documentation. /liliSupport internal and external audits, supervisory reviews, and regulatory inspections related to financial and regulatory reporting. /liliMonitor regulatory developments and drive continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. /liliSignificant experience in regulatory reporting and financial regulation within a regulated financial services environment. /liliStrong knowledge of finance‑related regulatory requirements. /liliDemonstrated experience interacting with regulators (preferably the NBB or equivalent authorities). /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. /liliProven stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross‑functional teams. /liliStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple regulatory priorities and deadlines. /liliLegal background is a must. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
