Ph3Overview /h3pBeing a M365 Consultant is all about helping our customers strike the right balance between security and productivity, using co‑management and modern management techniques. /ppAs a senior consultant on the endpoint management team, you will work on complex and challenging projects for customers of varying sizes, locations and verticals, while delivering workshops, driving customer success, and continuously improving our managed services. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWork on complex and challenging projects for customers of different sizes, locations and verticals. /liliDeliver workshops and drive customer success engagements. /liliAssist in continuously improving managed service offerings. /liliDesign, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 solutions with security in mind. /liliProvide on‑site and remote consultancy to customers. /liliDevelop and host workshops on the latest Microsoft solutions, drawing from real‑world implementation experience. /liliShare knowledge and experience with other teams. /liliCreate architecture designs and roadmaps that shape the future of customer goals. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in at least three of the following areas: /liulliMicrosoft Intune – configuring new environments, T‑to‑T device migration, transitioning legacy flows to Intune, integrating with Configuration Manager. /liliConfiguration Manager (MECM) – troubleshooting infrastructure, designing and implementing green‑field environments. /liliPowerShell – automating Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and security tasks. /liliiOS Android device management – MAM vs MAM‑WE, enrollment scenarios, macOS management. /liliApple ecosystem – awareness of naming conventions, use of plist or mobileconfig files. /liliAzure Virtual Desktop. /liliFirmware management (Dell, HP, etc.) /liliMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint. /li /ulliLanguage skills: native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (both verbal and written).
