Keeping elevators operational is critical to ensuring customers and passengers can move safely. Your work is essential for maintaining service for those who rely on Otis equipment.
Responsibilities
* Execute preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis elevators and other brands.
* Anticipate technical scenarios, develop diagnostics, and propose solutions.
* Interact with customers, prioritizing their needs.
Qualifications
* High school diploma and technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics.
* Knowledge of safety and certifications in NR10 and NR35.
* Experience with elevator and escalator maintenance and customer service (a plus).
