What you'll be doing
* Act as the primary point of contact for all things data-related, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders
* Define and prioritize the data product roadmap in alignment with business goals
* Gather, analyze, and document data requirements from stakeholders
* Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design and deliver data solutions
* Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data products (e.g., dashboards, models, APIs)
* Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
* Monitor the performance of data products and drive continuous improvements
* Communicate insights and the value of data products to non-technical stakeholders
* Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in data technology
Skills & qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, or in a similar role focused on data
* Strong understanding of data pipelines, data engineering, and analytics tools
* Experience working with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
* Familiarity with data governance and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
* Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams
* Analytical mindset with a focus on solving business problems using data
* Fluent French and English, or Dutch and English.
