Job Overview
This role combines operational support of a 24/7 application environment with active participation in developing and maintaining an algorithmic trading platform, including incident resolution, infrastructure administration, and continuous improvement."
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for application incidents, providing solutions or workarounds and escalating when necessary.
Manage operational support tasks such as firewall and certificate administration and other infrastructure requests.
Propose and introduce innovative ideas and concepts to improve team processes and solutions.
Collaborate with the trading optimization team to develop and maintain the algorithmic execution platform and its supporting infrastructure.
Analyze data flows to automate and optimize desk workflows and improve overall performance. xphnsxz
Contribute to development in a DevOps environment using best-practice tools and coding standards, and participate in design and implementation discussions.
