About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Team Lead Developer Azure/.NET who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. This key position drives the evolution of our .NET ecosystem on Azure Cloud, leads a team of developers, and implements modern engineering practices aligned with the latest technology trends. It is designed as a stepping stone toward a future Head of Development position within a few years. Responsibilities
Technical Leadership (Core Focus) Designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure Leading development within a modern .NET environment (back-end, APIs, integrations) Driving best practices in:
Azure Cloud architecture & services Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, automation) API Management & system integrations Code quality, security, and performance optimization
Staying ahead of new technology trends (cloud, DevOps, automation, integration patterns) Collaborating closely with architects and business stakeholders to align technology with business value Continuously improving the tech stack, tools, and development standards People Management (Critical Success Factor) Lead, coach, and inspire a team of developers on a daily basis Act as a mentor and role model, fostering ownership and accountability Drive team performance, engagement, and collaboration Manage priorities, planning, and delivery in an agile environment Conduct evaluations, support career growth, and build development plans Identify skill gaps and actively promote learning, certifications, and knowledge sharing Technical Environment
Microsoft Azure (core platform) .NET / C# ecosystem Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, automation) API Management & integration services Power Platform (Power Automate, etc.) SQL and data-related technologies Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role Proven experience in .NET development (strong expertise required) Experience with cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices Demonstrated ability to lead and grow technical teams Strong mix of hands-on technical skills and strategic thinking Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, PRINCE2, PM², etc.) Certifications (optional): TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert, SAFe, Scrum Master/PO Language Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory) Fluent in either French or Dutch Minimum B2 level in the other national language (French or Dutch) Why Join Us?
