Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Design Technician to join our dynamic team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform customer artwork and intent into production-ready files, striking the best possible balance between customer preferences and printing capabilities, while ensuring compliance with Tetra Pak specifications. Your responsibilities will include converting customer artwork files into production-ready formats and contributing to design and repro processes. You will also participate in improvement initiatives within the Repro Hub. This is a temporary position, based in Gornji Milanovac.
What you will do
* Convert customer artwork files into files ready for customer approval and production.
* Execute and support repro processes, following agreed instructions and operational procedures.
* Support the design management process to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
* Actively participate in improvement activities within the Repro Hub.
We believe you have
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
* Candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in graphical software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required.
* Experience with Esko editors is considered an advantage.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to follow procedures and deliver high-quality results.
* Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and verbal.
