* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that address real‑world business challenges.
* Implement AI solutions on Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
* Implement and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and accessibility for model development and production.

* Design and lead the commercial strategy for the BizApps area in alignment with regional leadership.
* Drive adoption of Dynamics 365 through proven expertise in real‑world implementations, process modernization, and digital transformation roadmaps.
* Align joint strategy with Microsoft and strategic partners to maximize co‑selling opportunities.
* Define a clear value proposition that helps clients understand Avanade’s differentiated strengths in each proposal.
* Represent Avanade in public presentations, industry events, and executive client meetings (C‑level).

Data Engineer
* Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and storage.
* Develop and optimise ETL/ELT workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
* Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation, cleaning, and monitoring processes.
* Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
* Implement and manage data storage solutions, optimising for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows, resolving issues to maintain high system reliability.
* Support data governance, security, and compliance initiatives across the data lifecycle.
* Document data processes, architectures, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing and team development.
ICOE Digital Identity Security Architect
* Play an active client‑facing role on leading‑edge Digital Identity projects across B2E, B2B, and B2C spaces.
* Design and implement Digital Identity technologies with a focus on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities and leading vendors such as Saviynt and One Identity.
* Engage in pre‑sales activities while supporting delivery, balancing time between customer engagements and internal development.
* Lead innovation, training, and development to stay ahead of Zero Trust, SASE, and progressive security capabilities.
* Manage 70% client‑facing time to deliver project outcomes; allocate 30% to asset offering development and training.
