Senior Project Manager – Retail Technology Transformation
We're supporting a rapidly growing international technology business delivering next-generation in-store retail solutions across Europe.
They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale retailer onboarding and store technology deployments, working across connected retail systems, POS ecosystems, payments, kiosks, and digital customer experiences.
This is a highly visible role sitting between enterprise retail customers and internal technical teams, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys owning delivery end-to-end.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading retailer implementations from discovery through rollout
* Managing store technology deployments across multiple locations
* Coordinating internal product, engineering and operational teams
* Driving timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder engagement
* Supporting integrations across POS, payments, kiosks and connected store solutions
* Acting as the main point of contact for retail partners during delivery
We'd love to speak to people with experience in:
* Retail technology transformation
* POS / EPOS implementations
* Payments and payment terminal integrations
* Store systems or omnichannel retail programmes
* Self-checkout, kiosk or connected store environments
* Hospitality, grocery, convenience or large-scale retail rollouts
Experience with platforms/vendors such as NCR, Oracle Simphony, Micros, Adyen, Ingenico, Verifone, Worldpay or D365 would be highly beneficial.
* Strong customer-facing delivery experience
* Comfortable working across technical and operational stakeholders
* Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* Hands-on, solutions-focused and commercially aware
* Experienced operating within complex enterprise retail environments
* Contract opportunity

* European travel required occasionally
