Job Description
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential weaknesses
* Ensure adherence to country regulations, internal policies, and external audit requirements, supporting the audit process
* Analyze financial data, reconcile records, and prepare reports
* General ledger account analysis to identify discrepancies and support financial decision‑making.
* Create detailed reports outlining findings
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience
* Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics
* Advanced Excel and financial spreadsheet proficiency
* Knowledge of ERP systems (Totvs Datasul)
* Ability to prepare management reports, cost analyses, and financial projections
* Familiarity with accounting standards and tax legislation
* Analytical and strategic profile
* Organization and attention to detail
* Good communication skills to interact with different departments
* Ability to identify budget deviations and propose corrective actions
* Proactivity and business vision
