Are you a seasoned Cybersecurity Professional with a proven track record in navigating the complexities of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)? At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a results-oriented specialist to strengthen our Group Security team.
In this high-impact role, you will be the critical link in safeguarding our investments. You will conduct in-depth cybersecurity assessments throughout the entire M&A lifecycle. They will identify, analyze, and mitigate risks across all domains, with a strong focus on Cloud environments (Azure & AWS) and Entra ID. This is a high-stakes position requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and secure integration of acquired entities.
* Experience: 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years in M&A Due Diligence or post-merger integration.
* Education: Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s with relevant, demonstrable experience is also welcome).
Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough cybersecurity assessments for acquisitions, aligned with our standardized Security Framework.
* Identify risks across all cybersecurity domains, including governance, infrastructure, data protection, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
* Evaluate the security posture of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Entra ID) for vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
* Analyze and communicate cyber risks to various stakeholders, including the preparation of detailed risk reports.
* Ensure that environments meet international frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
* Oversee post-merger integration efforts to ensure adherence to the Randstad Digital group security policies.
* Effectively communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders, including executive management.
Your Profile:
* In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including network security, IAM, and application security.
* Demonstrable experience in assessing and securing Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and hybrid systems.
* Proven ability to assess cybersecurity risks and opportunities during the entire M&A lifecycle.
* Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and quantifying cybersecurity risks (Risk Assessment and Management).
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, NIST).
* Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English) to clearly convey technical risks to all levels of the organization.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Azure/AWS Certified Security are a strong asset.
* You are proactive, analytical, and capable of independently leading complex assessment processes.
