Key Responsibiliti es: Design & Architectu re: Build and optimize robust backend architectures following Clean Architecture and DDD principl es. High-Performance Engineeri ng: Develop, profile, and fine-tune low-latency, high-throughput applications capable of handling complex financial da ta. Concurrency Manageme nt: Implement complex multi-threaded and asynchronous workflows, ensuring bulletproof thread safety and resource manageme nt. Database Optimizati on: Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries and data structures to eliminate bottlenec ks. End-to-End Ownersh ip: Collaborate directly with Risk Managers and Portfolio Managers to gather requirements, implement features, and provide ongoing support
Required Qualificati ons: Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably within a hedge fund, investment banking, or high-frequency trading environment Tech Stack Expertise : Deep expertise in backend development with a strong focus on high-performance frameworks (C#/. NET ecosystem or similar high-performance OOP language) Core Conce pts: Solid mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and clean code practi ces. Soft Skills : Excellent English communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset to interface with cross-functional global teams
