Role
* On a daily basis, you are responsible for operational management and for ensuring that all processes and activities on site run efficiently, with the aim of achieving strong performance in the sales and aftersales departments.
* You translate the strategy and mission, as defined by management, into an operational policy.
* You monitor budgets and ensure that the set KPIs are achieved.
* Together with your sales and aftersales managers, you are responsible for growing your team of employees.
* In this role, you report directly to the General Director.
Essential criteria
* Native Dutch speaker. English and French are highly desirable.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience, including 2 years as a Site Manager (managing several people) and 2 years of field experience
* Degree: not required
* Previous positions: Site Manager, Sales Manager...
