Your Role
As our Business Developer, you'll help us grow across the Benelux market by spotting new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and sourcing rental properties for our portfolio. Working closely with the Operations Team, you'll be the link between landlords, agents, and corporate clients — making sure Kassoe Housing remains the go-to partner for tailored accommodation solutions.
What you'll do:
* Keep an eye on the market to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Build and nurture relationships with developers, landlords, and agents.
* Leverage your network to source and secure new properties.
* Connect with executive-level clients to develop new business.
* Set and achieve clear growth targets.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
* Stay on top of market trends to support forecasts and strategy.
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in Dutch, English and French
* Experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Entrepreneurial spirit — proactive, independent, and adaptable.
* Valid driver's license
