Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration;
* Fluent English (mandatory);
* Advanced/Fluent Spanish (mandatory);
* Experience supporting executives and leadership teams;
* Solid experience in corporate event organization and coordination (mandatory);
* Experience in multinational companies is a plus;
* Experience supporting executive governance routines is a plus.
Activities
* Support executive governance routines, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up of actions;
* Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, leadership forums, and strategic events;
* Support corporate events, customer visits, dealer visits, and institutional activities;
* Manage travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related administrative processes;
* Organize and maintain executive documentation and SharePoint environments;
* Interface with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers;
* Provide operational and coordination support to the Management Team when required;
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
