Read further to find out! /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Finance Reporting /h3 ulliOwn monthly reporting across all entities and concepts. /liliAccurate follow of the fast casual volumes is key. /liliAnalyse revenue, margins and performance per location. /liliManage cashflow planning and financial visibility. /liliPrepare management reporting and support decision-making. /liliCoordinate with external accountants for closing and VAT. /li /ul h3Accounting Financial Operations /h3 ulliDay-to-day bookkeeping (invoicing, payments, reconciliations). /liliManage cash registers and financial flows across locations. /liliMonitor supplier payments and outstanding balances. /liliSupport loan management and financing structures. /liliPrepare and follow up on investment and subsidy files. /li /ul h3Payroll HR Administration /h3 ulliManage payroll across employee types (fixed, flexi, students, etc.). /liliCoordinate with the social secretariat. /liliMaintain contracts, HR admin and personnel files. /liliSupport budgeting of personnel costs per location. /liliFollow up on bonus plans, training and HR processes. /li /ul h3Business Operations Administration /h3 ulliManage contracts with suppliers and partners. /liliOversee insurance portfolio and claims. /liliAct as key contact for banks and financial institutions. /liliSupport legal and administrative processes across entities. /liliEnsure a smooth operational backbone across all locations. /li /ul h3PROFILE /h3 ulliYou are AI-forward— it’s here to stay and we are using it to build our own rocket. /liliYou want to be close to the business, not just staring at spreadsheets. /liliYou enjoy creating clear structure, not boring rules or corporate bureaucracy. /liliYou take ownership and move without waiting.
