Team Management & Execution: Build and lead a localized team to ensure effective strategy implementation and rapid response capabilities.

Qualifications:
Background Requirements: 5+ years of experience in overseas market sales, Go‑To‑Market (GTM), or marketing roles, with at least 3 years as a Country Manager, and a proven track record of successful cases in overseas markets.
Core Competencies & Experience:
Hands‑On Execution: Ability to directly participate in key customer negotiations and project delivery from 0 to 1, with end‑to‑end experience from strategy to contract signing, and full‑cycle project delivery capability.
Industry Insight: Strong analytical skills to identify local opportunities and business intelligence, with a sharp eye for competitive market openings.
Resource Network: Established connections with government, education, and enterprise clients; familiarity with the local business ecosystem and ability to quickly build trusted relationships.
Proven Success: Previously led annual sales of no less than RMB 20 million, with documented methodologies and best practices.
Management Skills: Experience in cross‑cultural team management, able to effectively coordinate collaboration between overseas and headquarters teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Language Requirements: Chinese is mandatory; proficiency in English or a local language is required.
