Introduction
For a temporary replacement during maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to take ownership of a customer-facing digital portal and help shape the future of digital product management within a fast-evolving environment. This role combines product ownership, stakeholder management, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a cross-functional setup.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage a digital customer portal and act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and UX/UI teams
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Digital Product Designers to ensure successful product delivery
* Support the ongoing migration and evolution of digital products while preparing future features and roadmap initiatives
* Define product requirements and contribute to improving underlying data structures and digital experiences
* Coordinate go-to-market activities for feature releases and customer onboarding initiatives
* Monitor adoption metrics, product performance, and user behavior to drive continuous improvement
* Lead and support the implementation and adoption of ContentSquare within the team
* Structure and optimize Confluence usage, including templates, documentation standards, and collaboration processes
* Contribute to building a stronger digital product management practice within the organization
Experience & Competencies
Must-have requirements:
* Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with ownership of digital products, platforms, or portals
* Hands-on experience with ContentSquare (certification is a strong asset)
* Strong experience using Confluence as a collaboration and documentation tool
* Hands-on experience with data, analytics, dashboards, and performance monitoring
* Experience working within Agile / SAFe environments
* Strong affinity with digital product design and collaboration with UX/UI teams
* Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
* Excellent Dutch communication skills with good knowledge of French and English
Nice to have:
* Experience within financial services or regulated environments
* Experience with customer self-service portals
* Background in go-to-market coordination and digital adoption programs
