The Business HR team partners with leaders and employees to implement people strategies that enable the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain the talent needed to achieve current and future business objectives. The team plays a critical role in aligning business priorities with talent strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness, and supporting a high-performing and enagaged culture.
This role in summary
As the Senior HR Manager EMEA based in Belgium, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will support the Global HR Leader in deploying the People Excellence Strategy across EMEA and provide guidance to leaders on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Working collaboratively with HR Operations and Center of Excellence, you will help deliver people solutions that support both business success and a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include
1. Execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions
2. First point of contact for employees in the region
3. Manage day-to-day data analysis and management, communications, and vendor management
4. Recruitment support; working with agency partners, participating in interviews
5. Support for onboarding programs
6. Action HR policies, strategies and programs
7. Perform HR audits & compliance activities as needed
8. Identify, share, and drive process improvements
9. Manage car fleet and support other general services
10. Support on the organization of company events
11. Support on Learning & Development initiatives
12. Participate in employer branding activities
Minimum requirements
13. Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
14. Knowledge of pan-European labor laws and employment practices
15. Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
16. Experience with works councils is a plus
17. Excellent communication skills
18. Strong administrative skills, organized, thorough, proactive and reliable
19. Fluent in English, Flemish
Preferred skills and experiences
20. Hands-on problem solver
21. High level of ethics, values and can maintain confidentiality
22. Happy and confident to be an independent self-starter
23. Good knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
24. Knowledge of Success Factors, SDWorx or ADP is a plus
