Responsibilities
1. Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social networks to build a high-quality pipeline.
2. Organize and conduct effective, in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within prospective or existing customer organizations.
3. Confidently present and demonstrate our solution, focusing on benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, including final negotiations.
4. Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
5. Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Share field insights to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.
Your Profile – Sales Executive for SCALAR – Fleet Management Solutions (m/f/n)
8. Proven experience in selling IT solutions, with approximately 10 years of professional experience preferred. Experience with SaaS solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not mandatory but is a clear advantage.
9. Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong results-oriented mindset.
10. Self-motivated, open-minded, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
11. Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch/Flemish is a plus.
12. Willing to work remotely and travel across the territory (travel requirement up to 75% or 3–4 days per week).
