What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Ensure the proper activities are implemented and managed in accordance with the EU GDP/GMP requirements and/or local legislation requirements Orchestrate the daily operation (smarter and faster) delivering the right product, in the right quantity and the right condition, to the right place at the right time for the right customer with the right documentation. Execute order management based on customer priorities and agreed lead times while ensuring end-to-end logistics coordination from manufacturing site to point of use in collaboration with carriers. Serve as the main customer contact for shipment-related needs by providing timely delivery updates, proactively communicating delays, and managing complaints through the appropriate deviation reporting process Ensure compliance with O2C Sox procedures, SOPs, and work instructions while supporting audits through timely sample provision and responses. Also contributes to financial closing and sales recognition activities and works closely with Finance teams to resolve financial issues and corrections. Drive continuous improvement by supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, increase operational efficiency, and eliminate non-value-added activities. Also contributes to the implementation of strategic, cost-saving, and People and Culture initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) Bachelor’s or master’s degree, university degree or equivalent through experience in a supply chain related discipline. Two years of experience in a Customer facing / logistic role delivering best in class customer fulfilment to enhance customer experience. Fluency in written and verbal English Broad PC skills are essential (MS applications Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), Profound knowledge of SAP.
