Take full accountability for programme scope, commercials, quality, and client outcomes. /liliTranslate complex business needs into pragmatic, scalable solutions and make sure they land. /liliAdvise stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimisation. /liliSteer solution architects and delivery teams to ensure consistency, quality, and performance across the Microsoft Business Applications stack. /liliBuild the AI-native finance function – set the vision for how Copilot, AI agents, and autonomous finance processes show up in client work, and make sure delivery follows. /liliShape PwC's point of view on what an AI-native CFO function looks like in practice, bring it to market through propositions, thought leadership, and client conversations. /liliPartner with Microsoft on early‑access AI capabilities and represent the Belgian practice in EMEA AI-in-Finance initiatives. /liliEquip teams to deliver AI-led outcomes confidently – not as a buzzword, but as the new baseline. /liliBuild, coach, and mentor consultants and managers locally and across nearshore and offshore delivery centres. /liliFoster a one‑team culture where quality, learning, and care for one another come first.
