* Lead and coordinate the development and execution of local marketing plans aligned with regional and global strategy, overseeing the full product lifecycle from launch to phase‑out, conducting competitive analysis, market research, pricing and positioning strategy, and ensuring clear communication across sales channels.
* Identify unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities, providing vision and focus to move products from idea to marketplace, supporting Sales Training, Medical Education, and Clinical Affairs to design and deliver training programs for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and distributors, and managing budgeting and compliance with annual policies.
* Ensure strategic alignment and execution through sales teams, supplying tactical and action plans toward business objectives, and work closely with FP&A management to achieve finance targets such as margins and operating profit.
* Plan and support scientific workshops, congresses, seminars, and other key events, providing technical and exhibition support, and contributing to budgeting, logistics, and on‑site execution.

Required Knowledge and Experience

* Completed bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in marketing or strategic roles; portfolio management skills or an MBA in marketing is a differentiator.

* Valid and up‑to‑date CNH B driver’s license.

Benefits & Compensation

* Competitive salary with flexible benefits package.
* Private pension plan.
* Transport voucher, reimbursement for charter or parking.
* Flexible meal voucher, medical and dental assistance for you and eligible dependents.
* Life insurance, Gympass, childcare assistance, pharmacy discount, ESPP (discounted share purchase program).

* Wellness programs: Birthday Day Off, Maternity leave 6 months, Paternity leave 20 days, Paid Family Leave Program up to 6 weeks.
