We're looking for an RFID Transponder Sales Manager for LATAM (Remote, Colombia preferred; also Mexico and Brazil). This role drives revenue and market growth for RFID passive transponder sales across vertical markets, focusing on consumable business and logistics.
Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers and develop the existing customer base within the region and verticals.
* Recognize customer requirements during pre‑sales and educate them on HID product solutions.
* Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closing.
* Collaborate with product management and engineering specialists as needed.
* Work with sales and marketing to plan and execute campaigns, contests, trade shows, and partner events.
* Maintain key contacts within existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
* Complete sales forecasting and revenue reporting by deadlines.
* Build a product pipeline to secure long‑term growth.
* Act as an industry expert on market trends and coordinate with product management on new products.
Qualifications
* 5‑10+ years of sales experience, preferably with technical products (RFID or related).
* Strong affinity for technical products; understanding of RFID technologies is a plus.
* Experience speaking to all levels of customers (engineering, procurement, C‑suite).
* Proven track record in hunting, cold‑calling, and closing new customers, including social media outreach.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal & written).
* Ability to work remotely and overcome resistance in closing deals.
