Linux System Engineer - The Role
* Deploy, maintain, and optimize Linux server environments supporting software applications.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
* Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions.
* Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
* Implement and maintain security best practices across servers and services.
* Document infrastructure, processes, and troubleshooting steps to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Linux System Engineer - The Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Linux servers (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
* Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and backup solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
