Team Leader – Private Banking (Local Lead). You coach a local team of around eight private bankers and represent ING Private Banking locally, both internally and externally. Responsibilities
Coach and develop a local team of private bankers. Represent ING Private Banking within the organization and to external stakeholders. Steer synergies with related departments and segments such as business banking, independent agents, statutory agents, and personal banking. Own and manage the commercial performance of your team. Maintain a personal portfolio of clients and contribute to the overall results. Foster local life awareness and create new business opportunities. Qualifications
Strong anchorage in local community. Excellent communication and coaching skills. Result‑oriented with a strong commercial drive. Change mindset and adaptability. French and Dutch speaking; good knowledge of English. Benefits
