Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies and supporting the commercialization of Surgery’s surgical product portfolio. The role focuses on brand execution, market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams to drive growth and adoption.
You Will Be Responsible For
Marketing Execution
* Implement annual marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
* Support product launches and campaigns.
* Develop marketing materials and coordinate events.
Market & Customer Insights
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
* Gather customer insights and monitor performance.
Sales Support & Field Collaboration
* Partner with sales teams and support training.
* Develop value propositions and selling tools.
Product Portfolio Management
* Manage product lifecycle and forecast inputs.
* Support pricing and tender processes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
* Work with Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain, and Finance.
* Support reporting and business reviews.
Qualifications / Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
* MBA is a plus.
* 2–4 years in marketing or commercial roles.
* Healthcare experience preferred.
