Mission
Responsibilities
As Lead Civil Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the civil engineering aspects of Offshore infrastructure project. Your key responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the Island Package Manager and coordinating with internal technical teams.
* Developing and executing a European tender strategy to select a qualified Civil Works Contractor.
* Leading the tender process, including stakeholder alignment and contract negotiations.
* Managing a lean team of engineers and experts, and supervising design activities with the Owner's Engineer.
* Acting as the main point of contact for the Civil Works Contractor and promoting safety leadership across the project.
Profile
We Are Looking For a Seasoned Professional Who Brings
* 10+ years of experience in civil works or construction, with concrete design expertise as a plus.
* Engineering degree and experience in offshore or hard-to-access construction environments.
* Strong tendering, commercial, and contractual skills.
* Structured, independent, and precise working style, with proactive communication.
* Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. Offshore certification is an asset.
* You will be based in the main office of Ostend (sometimes Brussels), with site and occasional offshore visits.
