PpFor an international company with Belgian roots, we are looking for an experienced bTA Specialist /b to support the company’s further growth. Additionally, as an HR Business Partner, you will be involved in various HR projects. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeveloping and implementing brecruitment strategies /b (both nationally and internationally). /li liStrengthening bemployer branding /b by developing campaigns in collaboration with marketing. /li liCollaborating with bhiring managers and other stakeholders /b to determine recruitment needs. /li libActively sourcing /b and approaching talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.) and working with bexternal agencies /b. /li libScreening and interviewing /b candidates to ensure the perfect match. /li liManaging the entire recruitment process from bA to Z /b, including contract negotiations. /li liBuilding and maintaining a btalent pool /b for future vacancies. /li liAnalysing recruitment data and boptimizing processes /b. /li liTaking on various bHR projects /b (onboarding, internal mobility, career path development, talent management, etc.). /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExtensive experience in recruiting higher-level (white-collar) professionals (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, etc….) /li liStrong communication skills, proactive, and a true team player. /li liFluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French. /li liInitial experience as an HR Business Partner and in setting up projects is a plus. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary with an extensive benefits package, including a company car and fuel card. /li liFlexible working hours and the possibility to work from home two days per week. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
