❄️ Cool the AI Revolution 🚀
Join a cutting-edge startup that’s tackling the AI industry’s biggest bottleneck: heat. They’ve developed ultra-efficient liquid cooling technology powered by generative design algorithms — and your work will help deploy it at scale in the world’s largest data centers.
THE ROLE
As our Senior Project Manager, you are the conductor of the revolutionary cooling. You will own the entire lifecycle of our customer projects - from the initial generative design phase to global delivery of the hardware and deployment of our digital twin solution. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will synchronize our R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure our liquid cooling solutions move from concept to the server rack at lightning speed. You won’t just tweak old files — you’ll design next-generation cooling for top-tier CPUs and GPUs, own the full design lifecycle, and collaborate directly with customers and global manufacturers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring our Smartfins designs transition seamlessly from CFD/Generative modeling to physical hardware.
* Act as the connective tissue between R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations, providing the senior guidance needed to unblock technical hurdles and hit aggressive milestones.
* Oversee the critical prototyping and quality control phases in our laboratory, ensuring every cold plate meets our performance standards before scaling.
* Provide technical guidance to team members across R&D and Supply Chain, acting as a technical “sanity check” for project milestones and quality control steps.
* Lead the integration and deployment of our Digital Twin solution at the customer site, ensuring our hardware is backed by real-time data and predictive intelligence our partners require.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for our Tier-1 partners, providing transparent updates and translating complex technical progress into confidence-building milestones.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
* Strong foundational understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and thermal management — you can interpret simulation data and ask the right questions of the R&D team.
* Hands-on experience with physical testing, quality control, and laboratory validation protocols. You know how to define testing parameters that guarantee field reliability.
* Proven track record of leading complex hardware or deep-tech projects from inception to deployment; you know how to navigate the “valley of death” between a prototype and a shipped product.
* Comfortable speaking the language of thermal engineers, software developers, and manufacturing leads alike.
* Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders, often under tight timelines.
* Thrive in lean-team environments — you prefer rapid prototyping and direct action over long corporate sign-off loops.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with generative design workflows or automated manufacturing processes.
* Background in liquid cooling, semiconductors, or data center infrastructure.
* Experience helping a company transition from “stealth” or “prototype” phase to an industry-standard supplier.
WHY JOIN US
* Total Ownership: We move at the speed of the hardware we cool. You will have the autonomy to define your processes and lead your team without red tape.
* Physical Impact: Your work directly reduces the massive energy footprint of AI infrastructure — every project you close makes the planet a little cooler.
* Drive the Inflection Point: Join a lean, capital-light team at the precise moment the $50B thermal market is transitioning to liquid cooling.
