Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to ensure the reliability and performance of our interactive attractions.
* Provide expert technical support and maintenance services for our interactive attractions worldwide.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and synchronize maintenance efforts across Asia, USA, and Europe.
* Participate in internal shift rotations, develop specifications for maintenance tools, and suggest improvements to operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
* Maintenance tasks: Conduct on-site maintenance, train customer teams, and manage maintenance records.
* Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Tech Knowledge:
* PC imaging and deployment.
* Installation, troubleshooting, and support of specialized applications.
* Advanced troubleshooting for PC/MAC, network printing devices, and local printing devices.
* Electrical, electronic, audio/video, and IT knowledge.
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and English.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Good understanding of electrical, electronic, audio/video, and IT concepts.
