Share Microsoft best practices and expertise within the IT team (M365, Azure, Entra, AD).
Actively support EGT-wide Microsoft awareness through coaching, documentation, and targeted support.
Provide continuous cybersecurity support across Microsoft environments (Entra, AD, Azure Information Protection).
Support IAM implementation (in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager).
Continue and extend the "Midis du numérique" training program:
Guarantee regular cadence and quality of delivery.
Focus on EGT members' support & training to ensure end-users are confident, well-trained, and fully operational on Microsoft tools.
Assist in ensuring Copilot (all users + Pro version) is properly configured, tested, and adopted.
IT team fully empowered on Microsoft ecosystem to ensure operational autonomy.
All EGT staff trained and confident in using Microsoft tools securely.
Security layers reinforced across identity, data, and device management.
Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
Support IAM implementation (in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Manager).
Guarantee regular cadence and quality of delivery.
Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Power Platform).
Manage user accounts, groups, licenses, and access policies.
Configure and enforce Intune device and application policies for secure BYOD and corporate devices.
Support collaboration tools (Teams channels, SharePoint sites, OneDrive sharing).
Monitor service health, incidents, and usage reports; Optimize M365 service adoption and provide user guidance / training.
Collaborate with the SOC team for security incident response and threat detection.
Work with procurement and/or management to manage licenses and cost optimization.
