Social Media Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop Central Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
* Support the planning and execution of social media content for TikTok Shop Brazil owned channels.
* Help manage content calendars and coordinate the production of social assets with external vendors.
* Assist in the development of social-first campaigns, including promotional moments, seasonal events, and platform initiatives.
* Capture and produce short-form vertical content when needed, including filming simple product, trend-based, or campaign-related videos for social platforms.
* Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.
* Collaborate with internal teams (campaign, creators, and category teams) to align messaging and content strategies.
* Support community engagement by identifying relevant comments, conversations, and creator interactions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture.
* Familiarity with short-form video trends and the creator economy.
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools).
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, formats, and content best practices.
* Experience using social media analytics tools or platform insights.
* Interest in e-commerce, creators, and social commerce.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
