We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in digital transformation projects to support our client in Brussels.brYour responsabilitiesbrResponsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirements.brYou communicate with the business to gather the needs and identify impacts on the existing business processes.brYour analysis leads to the definition of the solution, thanks to your collaboration with the IT architects and all other stakeholders (IT team, suppliers, business departments...).brYou create and execute test cases to validate deliveries and give your support to the Business Key User for the acceptance tests.brYou ensure that all the required documentation is up to date before going live (business process, functional specifications, user stories, data related documentation, knowledge base for operations).brThe business analysis team also has the responsibility to make the follow-up of business procedures to be updated by the business, to comply with policies of our head officebrWork closely with project teams to identify and design adaptations to existing or future systems required by our businessbrCollaborate with Data Architects to build and maintain the Business Information Model.brProactively identify necessary changes to the application landscape to align with the business strategy.brYour experiencebrModelling techniques and methods (e.g. BPMN, UML)brExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersbrAt least 5 years experience in business analysisbrExcellent analytical skills. Data analysis and data mapping is a plusbrWorking experience in agile environment
