This is a great opportunity for an experienced communications professional with strong brand expertise and a hands‑on, delivery‑focused approach. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liPartner closely with Senior Leaders and support the division’s transformation journey by aligning communication tools, messaging and activation plans. /li liDrive full alignment of the division’s mission, purpose and brand, ensuring coherent and consistent messaging across all countries and functions. /li liDevelop communication frameworks, guidelines, and governance to support the rollout of the new mission and brand narrative. /li liRefine and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to keep employees engaged with the division’s strategy, progress, and achievements (7,000 employees globally). /li liFoster open dialogue and feedback through employee town halls, team meetings, and other interactive forums. /li liDrive external communication strategies to enhance the division’s reputation and visibility, including managing social media (LinkedIn) engagement and collaborating with marketing teams on targeted campaigns. /li liSupport the development and implementation of a branding framework for the platform and provide guidance to countries on local branding strategies. /li liShowcase the division’s successes and progress through case studies, articles, and impactful presentations. /li liProvide structure and guidance to country teams, including oversight of the LATAM communications team. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liProven experience in Internal and external communications. /li liStrong ability to align messaging across complex, global organisations. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native‑level or equivalent). /li liExperience working with senior leaders and influencing communication strategy. /li liStrong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse teams and functions. /li liExperience in transformation, change communication, or brand implementation is highly desirable. /li liDemonstrated experience leading and managing teams. /li liProficiency in digital communication platforms and social media. /li liA proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. /li liWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%). /li liOur culture – we connect care about those around us.
