About The Job
We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring leader to head up our Women’s Merchandising function across Europe. You’ll own and drive the merchandising strategy for Levi.com, leading a talented team to build profitable, consumer‑right assortments that maximise performance, brand heat and experience. You’ll collaborate closely with global and cross‑functional partners to ensure the European consumer is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Women’s Merchandising team across Europe, driving strategy and execution for Levi.com in alignment with DTC goals.
* Champion the consumer voice, identifying opportunities to grow our fan base and engage new audiences.
* Build profitable assortments through strategic segmentation, monthly product storytelling, and market‑specific insights.
* Shape seasonal product briefs using consumer data and market trends to inform development and identify gaps.
* Own product performance, analysing sell‑in/sell‑out, ROS, markdowns, and pricing elasticity to drive in‑season actions and future strategy.
* Manage inventory risk, collaborating with trading to optimise sell‑through and protect brand equity.
* Drive cross‑functional execution with global merchandising, planning, marketing, BX, and commercial teams.
* Deliver go‑to‑market excellence, ensuring seasonal and monthly flows support a “buy now, wear now” strategy.
* Maintain merchandising tools including line plans, PLM, directive assortments, and pricing systems.
* Inspire internal audiences with clear and compelling product strategy messaging.
* Challenge the status quo, bringing curiosity and innovation to Levi.com and the Women’s business.
* Support strategic growth in Tops and Denim, contributing to a lifestyle‑led brand vision.
* Lead with empathy and courage, setting clear goals, making fast decisions, and empowering your team.
* Foster an inclusive culture, developing talent, celebrating wins, and cultivating a diverse, high‑performing team.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management within merchandising or related fields.
* Deep expertise in apparel merchandising, including market dynamics, pricing, and retail KPIs.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a flair for storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
* A sharp eye for product aesthetics, consumer segmentation, and fashion trends.
* Financial acumen to drive revenue, margin, and brand equity.
* Cross‑functional leadership, able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel (20–30%) across Europe.
