We are looking for a talented People Support Advisor to join our team specializing in HR for People Support department in Rumst, Belgium
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
1. Serve as the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality HR guidance through resolution.
2. Strengthen the employee experience by providing clear coaching across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
3. Promote fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and local legislation across all functions and teams.
4. Support positive employee relations by assisting with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employment matters.
5. Enable efficient HR service delivery by supporting seamless, end-to-end solutions aligned with regional and sub-regional needs.
6. Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal HR partners, managers, and employees to drive effective outcomes.
7. Amplify the voice of employees and managers by sharing insights and feedback with the right stakeholders.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Education/ Experience:
9. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10. 46 years of experience in a generalist HR role preferred.
11. Knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and payroll processes is a must
12. Knowledge of French and or Dutch labor legislation and payroll processes is an asset
13. Experience supporting employees and managers across a broad range of HR processes is also a must.
14. Experience to work in a corporate environment is recommended
