Position Overview
Client is seeking multiple Senior Salesforce & AWS Developers to support a large-scale healthcare client. This is a highly technical, hands-on role within a custom, enterprise environment where Salesforce serves as the system of record and AWS powers complex data processing and integrations.
The team is looking for proven, senior-level developers who can contribute immediately, own enhancements, and operate across both Salesforce and AWS ecosystems with minimal ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, and custom components
* Build and maintain AWS-based services for data extraction, transformation, and distribution
* Integrate Salesforce with AWS services and downstream systems via REST APIs
* Support data flows to external partners, mobile applications, and state systems
* Own performance tuning, enhancements, and production support across platforms
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly customized, homegrown environment
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and integration issues
Required Qualifications
* 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Strong Salesforce expertise across:
* Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura
* SOQL, SOSL
* Flows, triggers, controllers, Lightning Apps
* Experience with custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards
* Experience with SFDX, deployments, and Salesforce administration tasks
* Strong experience with AWS development
* Proficiency in:
* Node.js, Lambda, API Gateway
* SNS, SQS, IAM, Secrets Manager
* S3, DynamoDB, RDS
* Route 53 and networking fundamentals
* Strong experience with REST API integrations
* Experience with CI/CD, build & deployment processes, and application security
* Understanding of AWS architecture (regions, availability zones, monitoring tools )
* Experience with CloudFormation and SAM deployments
* Ability to support large, complex enterprise systems across multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with React.js or front-end frameworks
* Exposure to Amplify or modern AWS full-stack tooling
* Familiarity with EventBridge or event-driven architectures
* Experience with automation or scripting (Groovy, CLI tools, etc.)
* Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
