Responsabilities
We are looking for a Commercial Assistant for the Marnix Advisory Centre in the center of Brussels (Porte de Namur).
As part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, you are responsible for welcoming, assisting and following up customers in many different transactions with the bank, as well as providing them with initial information about our savings and investment solutions.
In your role, you also provide sales support to the team.
As a Commercial Assistant:
* You carry out a range of administrative tasks related to our customers (managing mailbox requests, answering telephone calls, making appointments, conducting KYC analyses, helping to compile files, etc.)
* You provide first-line commercial customer follow-up (new customer onboarding, problem solving)
* You promote Deutsche Bank's strategy, mission and values as well as products and services with enthusiasm to customers and prospects.
* You contact clients proactively and ensure a long-term relationship to support the team (Private Bankers).
* You stay informed about developments in the banking sector, financial markets and Deutsche Bank's products and services.
Skills
* You have strong administrative skills, you work accurately, with respect to our procedures and guidelines and you have organisational talent.
* You are proactive and demonstrate a positive and flexible mindset, able to work effectively as a team as autonomously while taking ownership for your tasks
* You are comfortable in dealing with customers (by telephone, face-to-face or in writing) and have a commercial attitude. Communication is a key competence in your profile.
* You hold a bachelor's degree and have a strong interest in the financial world. Initial experience in the financial/customer service sector is a plus.
* You are fluent in French, good knowledge of Dutch (oral and written) is essential, knowledge of English is a plus.
