Working on both national and international client cases. What we expect can be divided in two major areas: Client Project Delivery Business Development. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClient Project Delivery ul liProject Management – managing the delivery of agreed consulting engagements / projects on time, on budget and to high standards of quality. /li liExpert input and QA – reviewing project work and providing expert viewpoint and quality assurance on deliverables as needed. /li liDeliverable Drafting Presentation – preparing and delivering high quality reports, presentations, and sometimes workshops in line with project scope. /li /ul /li liBusiness Development ul liSupporting the development of proposals and contributing to the presentation and conversion of these opportunities, in collaboration with the guidance and support of commercial colleagues. /li liService development – contributing to the development of new service offerings and/or streamlining and improving existing service offerings including creating delivery and proposal templates, providing training and acting as internal expert on a specific service. /li /ul /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 ul liSkills, Knowledge, Expertise Education ul liDemonstrated consulting experience or on Client side in a role related to sustainability (min 5 years). /li liStrong technical expertise in GHG accounting across scope 1, 2 and 3 and decarbonisation planning, including supplier engagement with proven ability to manage complex full value chain analysis. /li liExperience with due diligence requirements – both voluntary (e.g., SBTi, Ecovadis) and regulatory (e.g., CSDDD, EUDR). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above is a must) for data analysis and modelling. /li liStrong project management, written and oral communication skills, including public speaking and client education and involvement. /li liCompleted University or High School education in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Sustainable Energy Technology, Climate Studies, Business Administration, Sustainability Science and Policy or a related field. /li /ul /li liPersonal attributes ul liStrong interest in sustainability topics such as climate change, circular economy, energy transition, sustainability. /li liAbility to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics. /li liOrganised, methodological and analytical. /li liProactive with the ability and confidence to take initiative. /li liTeam player and love to work in an international setting. /li liFluent in Dutch (native or full working proficiency) and English. Knowledge of French is a plus. The native language part is crucial.
