IT governance & communication advisorWe are currently looking for an experienced IT Governance Advisor to support the transformation of the IT department into a true business partner for operational teams and internal stakeholders.Your responsibilitiesCreate, structure, and maintain an IT Service Catalogue aligned with business and operational needsPromote and drive adoption of IT services and tools across the organizationAct as the bridge between IT Management, technical teams, and business stakeholdersCoordinate communication initiatives related to IT projects, updates, and best practicesDevelop engaging and innovative communication channels (trainings, newsletters, explanatory pages, awareness campaigns, etc.)Translate complex IT concepts into clear and business-friendly messagesOrganize and animate presentations, workshops, and community engagement initiativesGather operational feedback and contribute to continuous service improvementProfileStrong experience in Change Management, IT Communication, or IT GovernanceExperience working in complex and fast-paced environmentsPrevious exposure to operational or customer-oriented environments is considered an assetExperience coordinating between Business and IT teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong stakeholder management and persuasion abilitiesAbility to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiencesLanguages: Fluent Dutch ,French and English are mandatoryNice to haveKnowledge of IT service Management Frameworks (ITIL or similar)Experience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
