About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Associate to help us grow and expand our global reach. You’ll play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and helping close deals that drive revenue.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate in economics, finance, or a related field, who has transferable skills, a strong interest in crypto, and wants to develop commercial experience in a high-paced, globally connected company.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and discover new business opportunities
* Generate and manage leads — from identifying new prospects to maintaining and updating our CRM
* Support relationship management by nurturing existing client and partner connections, and helping build trust and long-term collaboration
* Represent Kairon Labs at industry events and conferences to build our network and uncover growth opportunities
* Support deal negotiations and help close partnerships that contribute directly to company growth
* Assist in reporting, gathering business intelligence, and preparing reports to support internal decision-making
What We’re Looking For
* A recent graduate in finance, economics, business, or a related field
* Strong interest in crypto and a desire to grow into the space — no expert-level knowledge needed, but you should be willing to learn fast
* A professional but conversational communicator — someone who builds rapport naturally and can hold trust-based client conversations
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Comfortable doing market research and data collection
* Self-motivated and proactive — you’re not afraid to take initiative or suggest improvements
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required)
* Previous internship or experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a startup/scaleup environment
* Familiarity with lead generation strategies
* Experience in or curiosity about Web3, DeFi, or digital assets
