At SOTEC Consulting – Astek Group, we are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to join an international environment, working with global stakeholders and leading service delivery for critical systems.
This role is focused on service management, client interaction, incident handling and continuous improvement, with exposure to DevOps practices
🚀 Main responsibilities
* Drive and facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams
* Manage service delivery processes and workflows
* Handle client communications and escalations
* Monitor and report service delivery KPIs and metrics
* Support and lead day-to-day service delivery activities
DevOps & Performance
* Assess DevOps maturity and analyze DORA metrics
* Evaluate:
* Deployment Frequency
* Lead Time for Changes
* Change Failure Rate
* Time to Restore Service
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
* Promote DevOps best practices and collaboration
* Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring adoption
Reporting & Documentation
* Deliver dashboards and KPI reporting
* Produce onboarding materials and product catalog documentation
* Develop BAU (Business as Usual) documentation
* Provide training and awareness on DevOps principles and DORA metrics
* Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies
✅ Requirements
Mandatory experience
* Proven experience in service delivery management
* Experience managing client communications and escalations
* Strong background in incident management processes
* Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies
* Solid understanding of DevOps practices (experience with DORA metrics is a plus)
* Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting
* Exposure to CI/CD, testing automation or monitoring tools
* Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
* Experience producing operational and BAU documentation
* English Advanced (C1/C2). You will work in an international environment, interacting daily with global stakeholders, so a high level of English is required.
