We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to strengthen the customer support team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and highly regulated environment.Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email (French, Dutch, and English)
* Manage and process customer orders from A to Z in the ERP system
* Ensure accurate follow-up of deliveries, backorders, and stock levels
* Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain, logistics, and sales
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner
* Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in line with pharmaceutical regulations
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
* Educational background in business, administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in customer relationship management tools and systems.
* Excellent communication skills in English & French and a good level of Dutch.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
