Our Mid‑Market & Corporate Sales department, focused on large customer implementation projects, is looking for new colleagues to join our team.
Responsibilities Understand the context of the project (legacy systems, challenges, reasons for change, timing, decision makers, etc.) through initial qualification meetings.
Analyse the business processes and workflows of all relevant departments through meetings, RFI/RFQ, and use cases.
Present how Odoo applications can meet the client’s needs and demonstrate optimisation opportunities through live software demonstrations and architecture guidance.
Work closely with the business analysts’ team to design specific solutions for the customer and reassure them about industry‑specific details.
Convince the client to choose Odoo among multiple market players.
Advise CIO, CFO, CEO on digital transformation.
Negotiate pricing and legal aspects.
Manage the full sales cycle, follow project implementation with the consultant team, and participate in the steering committee.
Grow long‑term relationships with customers.
Contribute to the optimization of the MMC department with experience and initiative.
Requirements Master’s degree in Business or related field.
2 – 5 years of experience in consulting or technology sales.
Expertise in sectors such as logistics or finance.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Strong business knowledge and analytical skills.
Genuine interest in IT and ERP.
Valid work permit for Belgium.
