Haulogy is looking for a Sales Manager, Dutch-speaking, for Belgium. Haulogy.net is an innovative company specializing in the development and provision of software solutions and IT services for the energy sector and within the context of the energy transition. Based in Belgium and France, we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Our mission is to help energy companies optimize their operations and adopt sustainable practices through our technological expertise. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Haulogy.net's software and IT projects to clients in the energy sector. Identify and target new potential clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, including product presentations and contract negotiations. Collaborate closely with technical and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Haulogy.net and expand our network of contacts. Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt offerings and maximize sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Required Qualifications: Fluency in Dutch (native level or equivalent) with a strong working knowledge of French and English. Prior experience in the energy sector. At least 5 years of proven experience in software and/or IT project sales. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers at all levels. Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships and negotiating complex contracts. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously. Team player with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. In-depth knowledge of technological solutions and trends in the energy sector is a real plus.
