A Key User is responsible for first line IT support with focus on the Warehouse Management System.What You Do On a Typical Day – TroubleshooterEnsure the optimal and correct use of the Warehouse Management System on siteIdentify and troubleshoot system issuesInvestigate and test new system implementations; detect discrepancies and propose effective solutionsMonitor and follow up on open IT issue tickets to ensure timely resolutionObserve and assess operational processes to identify and support both system-based and operational improvementsSupport warehouse operations and other onsite business units with WMS interface-related requestsTranslate operational requirements into functional system specificationsServe as the main point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders for all WMS-related topics.Define and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test cases; define KPIs and reporting.Explain new functionality to end users and assist them in understanding delivered changes and required configurations.
