You will build the Tekst Academy, design our certification programs and ensure that our "Agentic AI" becomes understandable and scalable for the entire world. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liArchitect the Tekst Academy: Design and launch our Learning Management System (LMS). You determine how new users transform into "Power Users" through on-demand learning and structured certifications. /li liScale knowledge, not tickets: Your goal is to eliminate support tickets by building a superior self-service portal. You translate complex technical product updates into bite-sized documentation and high-quality video guides. /li liEnablement for the field: Develop the training programs that our Solution Engineers deliver in the field. You focus on creating repeatable, scalable content rather than one-off sessions. /li liProduct-feedback loop: Act as the voice of the user within our technical team. Capture insights from the field and translate them into concrete requirements for Engineering and Product. /li liStrategic triage: Monitor technical issues not just to solve them, but to analyze why they occurred. You understand the "how" behind our microservice architecture. /li liCommunication excellence: A natural ability to explain complex concepts (like AI/ML) to both technical and business audiences. /li liTooling: Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and support portal tooling (Zendesk, Intercom, Skilljar, or similar). /li liSelf‑service mindset: You’d rather build the perfect answer once than answer the same question fifty times. /li liLanguages: Proficiency in English is a must.
