We are looking for an
HR Employee Experience Enablement Lead
who is strategic, collaborative, and outcome-focused to join our Talent (HR) team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

UCB already operates with a mature digital HR ecosystem. This role focuses on the next level: integrating AI, automation, and intelligent agents to drive step-change impact – not basic system implementation.

Your mission
Bring to life the future state of HR experiences
Translate the HR transformation vision into scalable AI and digital enables solutions.
Elevating an already mature digital HR landscape by shaping a clear vision for how human touch, digital, and intelligent automation come together across key moments that matter.
Build and operationalize the AI and automation framework
Establish the frameworks, tools, and ways of working needed to consistently deliver outcomes. Define the skills, roles, and capacity needed to sustain and grow this transformative framework.
Enable speed and scalability
Set up the right operating model, governance, and metrics to balance agility with consistency and long-term impact. A delivery model that fits the UCB culture and ensures speed in line with the transformation journey roadmap.
Connect ecosystems to unlock value
Act as a bridge across HR CoE’s, Digital, IT, People Services and external partners to co-create and accelerate solutions
Drive adoption and momentum
Turn transformation into a movement - engaging stakeholders and embedding new ways of working across the organization

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with ambiguity as they are with execution.
Experience in
HR transformation, digital, or automation-driven initiatives
(5-8y)
Strong understanding of
digital ecosystems, automation, and emerging technologies
Proven ability to
build frameworks, drive change, and scale solutions globally
A
builder mindset : you don’t wait for clarity - you create it
Strong stakeholder influencing and storytelling skills
Fluent in English
