This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Charleroi at the Swarovski Partner Store Rive Gauche. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and achieving performance targets. Additional responsibilities include developing the team through leadership and training, maintaining store visual standards, overseeing inventory management, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role requires maintaining brand alignment and fostering a motivating and inclusive team culture.
Experience of leading a team towards their objectives.
Languages: FR & NL ( other languagues are a plus)
Previous experience in the retail or luxury goods industry is a plus
